以IKAP理论为理论基础，构建肺癌化疗患者基于IKAP理论的膳食营养教育方案，并通过随机对照试验评估该方案对肺癌化疗患者认知功能的影响，为预防及延缓肺癌患者认知障碍的发生提供科学依据，提高患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking IKAP theory as the theoretical basis, we constructed a dietary and nutritional education programme based on IKAP theory for lung cancer chemotherapy patients, and evaluated the effect of the programme on the cognitive function of lung cancer chemotherapy patients through a randomized controlled trial, so as to provide a scientific basis for preventing and delaying the occurrence of cognitive disorders in lung cancer patients, and to improve the quality of life of the patients. 纳入标准：

1.经病理检查诊断为肺癌，无脑转移；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.处于化疗阶段，且距化疗疗程结束大于3个月的患者；
4.日常生活有固定的专人照护；
5.自愿参加试验研究，并填写知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Lung cancer diagnosed on pathological examination, no brain metastases; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Patients in the chemotherapy phase and >3 months from the end of the chemotherapy course; 4.Regular and dedicated care in daily life; 5.Voluntary participation in the pilot study and completion of an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤；
2.既往诊断的精神疾病或精神疾病家族史；
3.使用抗抑郁药和抗焦虑药物，使用膳食补充剂；
4.过去21天内接受放疗和化疗；
5.问卷或临床数据不完整；
6.研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combination of other malignant tumours; 2.Previously diagnosed mental illness or family history of mental illness; 3.Use of antidepressants and anxiolytics, use of dietary supplements; 4.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the last 21 days; 5.Incomplete questionnaires or clinical data; 6.Researchers see other reasons why clinical trials are not appropriate.
