研究目的：

本研究旨在通过多中心大样本的研究，建立并完善女性生殖道畸形的超声诊断方法、评估流程，建立不同类型生殖道畸形的超声诊断标准，探讨更贴合临床诊断和治疗的分类体系，形成中国女性生殖道畸形超声诊断的专家共识。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish and refine ultrasound diagnostic methods and evaluation processes for female genital anomalies through a multi-center large sample study, develop ultrasound diagnostic criteria for different types of genital anomalies, explore a classification system that is more aligned with clinical diagnosis and treatment, and form an expert consensus on ultrasound diagnosis of female genital anomalies in China.

纳入标准：

怀疑存在女性生殖道（子宫、宫颈或阴道）畸形的研究参与者。

Inclusion criteria

Study participants suspected of having abnormalities in the female reproductive tract (uterus, cervix, or vagina).

排除标准：

不能配合完成超声检查。

Exclusion criteria：

Unable to cooperate in completing ultrasound examination.

美国生殖医学学会(ASRM)2021年发布的更新版女性生殖道畸形分类体系（简称ASRM MAC 2021）、 欧洲人类生殖与胚胎学会(ESHRE)和欧洲妇科内镜学会(ESGE)2013年版本的生殖道畸形分类系统以及国内中华医学会妇产科学分会、中国医师协会妇产科医师分会女性生殖道畸形学组发布的《女性生殖器官畸形命名及定义修订的中国专家共识（2022版）》、《梗阻性子宫阴道发育异常诊治的中国专家共识》、《子宫附腔诊治中国专家共识》

The updated female reproductive tract malformation classification system (ASRM MAC 2021) released by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) in 2021, the reproductive tract malformation classification system released by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the European Society of Endoscopy in Gynecology (ESGE) in 2013, as well as the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Revision of the Naming and Definition of Female Reproductive Organ Malformations (2022 Edition), the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Uterine Vaginal Development Abnormalities, and the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Uterine Appendicities published by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in China
