纳入标准：

经过多导睡眠监测诊断为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的患者和健康人

Inclusion criteria

Patients and healthy people diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea by polysomnography

排除标准：

严重精神障碍，既往阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe mental disorder with prior history of obstructive sleep apnea surgery.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）研究单位设1监察员，监察员每天核查入组病例CRF填写的准确性和完整性，每周汇总上报单位负责人；单位负责人每周核查入组病例及其填写情况，及时发现并整改问题；（2）数据库建立后。不得更改，有研究团队以外的专业统计人员（盲法）负责统计分析完成。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) the research unit shall have an inspector, who shall check the accuracy and completeness of the CRF of enrolled cases every day and report it to the person in charge of the unit on a weekly basis; The person-in-charge of the unit shall check the enrolled cases and their filling status every week, and timely find and rectify problems; (2) after the establishment of the database. No change is allowed. Statistical analysis is performed by a professional statistician (blind method) outside the research team.
