研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性分析，探讨瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚采用中度镇静在肥胖患者进行无痛胃肠镜检查中的麻醉效果及安全性，为优化肥胖患者内镜诊疗的镇静技术、药物选择、以及不良反应的预防和处理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the anesthetic effect and safety of moderate sedation with Rimazzolam and Propofol in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in obese patients through prospective analysis, and to provide scientific basis for optimizing sedation techniques, drug selection, and prevention and treatment of adverse reactions in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of obese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）于消化内镜中心接受无痛胃肠镜检查的门诊患者；（2）年龄 18~60岁，性别不限；（3）BMI28~40 kg/m^2；（4）ASA分级I、II级；（5）有正常的认知和沟通能力；（6）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Outpatients who undergo painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the Digestive Endoscopy Center; (2) Age 18~60 years old, gender is not limited; (3) BMI28~40 kg/m^2;(4) ASA grade I and II; (5) Have normal cognitive and communication skills; (6) Voluntarily sign to be informed.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重呼吸、循环或内分泌系统疾病（严重高血压、不稳定型心绞痛、哮喘发作等）；（2）凝血功能障碍；（3）伴心肺肝肾等重要器官功能异常；（4）合并丙泊酚、瑞马唑仑等麻醉药物使用禁忌证；（5）长期使用镇静镇痛药物；（6）急性上消化道出血或消化道穿孔；（7）近 2 周内有呼吸道感染史；（8）心理社会疾病或认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe respiratory, circulatory or endocrine diseases (severe hypertension, unstable angina pectoris, asthma attack, etc.); (2) Coagulation dysfunction; (3) With abnormal functions of important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; (4) Contraindications for the use of propofol, ramizolam and other narcotic drugs; (5) Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; (6) Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding or gastrointestinal perforation; (7) Have a history of respiratory tract infection in recent 2 weeks; (8) Psychosocial diseases or cognitive dysfunction.
