研究目的：

分析可以预测腰麻后低血压的POC超声参数，结合患者临床特征以及术中情况，建立一个可靠的预测高龄患者椎管内麻醉后低血压和心动过缓的预测模型，为临床实践提供依据，提高高龄患者腰麻的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

POC ultrasound parameters that can predict postanesthesia hypotension were analyzed, and a reliable prediction model for hypotension and bradycardia in elderly patients after intraspinal anesthesia was established by combining clinical characteristics and intraoperative conditions of patients, providing evidence for clinical practice and improving the safety and effectiveness of lumbar anesthesia in elderly patients

纳入标准：

1.拟行择期腰麻手术患者； 2.年龄≥65岁，无性别限制； 3.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书； 4.ASAⅠⅡⅢ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who plan to undergo elective spinal anesthesia surgery; 2. Age >= 65 years old, no gender restrictions; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Class ASAI.II.III.

排除标准：

1.腰麻禁忌症； 2.超声心动图图像显示不清； 3. 急诊手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications of lumbar anesthesia; 2. The echocardiographic image display is unclear; 3. Emergency operation patients.
