研究目的：

本研究以健康行为改变整合理论为指导，构建提高乳腺癌化疗患者膳食质量的营养教育方案，并通过随机对照实验评估该方案对癌因性疲乏的作用效果，为乳腺癌化疗患者的饮食指导提供依据，为癌因性疲乏的防治策略提供新的可能。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the integrated theory of health behavior change, we constructed a dietary education programme to improve the dietary quality of patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer, and to assess the effect of the programme on the symptoms of cancer-related fatigue through a randomized controlled trial, so as to provide a basis for dietary guidance for patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer, and to provide a new possibility for the prevention and treatment strategy of cancer-related fatigue.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学确诊为乳腺癌，尚未发生转移及扩散现象的女性患者；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.根据国际分类标准第十版（ICD-10）诊断为癌因性疲乏的患者；
4.术后处于化疗阶段，且距化疗疗程结束大于3个月的患者；
5.认知功能正常，有阅读能力；
6.自愿参与实验研究，并填写知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Female breast cancer without metastasis and diffusion; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.Patients with a diagnosis of cancer-related fatigue according to the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10); 4.Patients in the postoperative chemotherapy phase who are >3 months from the end of their chemotherapy course; 5.Normal cognitive function and reading ability; 6.Voluntary participation in experimental research and sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤；
2.确诊乳腺癌前后诊断为精神疾病的患者；
3.严重合并症，如心脏病等；
4.处于妊娠或哺乳期；
5.参与其他干预性研究的患者；
6.研究人员认为其他原因不适合参与研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a combination of other malignant tumours;
2.Diagnosed with mental illness before or after breast cancer diagnosis;
3.Suffering from serious comorbidities such as heart disease;
4.Pregnancy or lactation;
5.Patients participating in other interventional studies;
6.Other reasons that the researchers considered were not suitable for the study;
