通过系统化的非技术技能培训，提升新入职护士在手术室工作环境中的沟通协作能力、决策能力、团队合作能力、情绪管理能力和应急反应能力，从而提高其岗位胜任力，保障手术过程的安全性和高效性，同时促进护士的心理健康和职业适应性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through systematic non-technical skills training, enhance the communication and collaboration skills, decision-making ability, teamwork, emotional management, and emergency response capabilities of novice scrub nurses in the operating room . This aims to improve their job competence, ensure the safety and efficiency of surgical procedures, and promote their psychological well-being and professional adaptability.

纳入标准：

在手术室工作小于两年工作经验但能够独立协助手术的实际工作的洗手护士，愿意参加培训计划和评估程序的人员。

Inclusion criteria

Scrub nurses with less than two years of work experience in the operating room but capable of independently assisting in surgical procedures, who are willing to participate in the training program and evaluation process.

排除标准：

在手术室洗手护士非技术技能培训项目清单（SPLINTS）或其他类似非技术技能培训项目中接受过任何正式培训的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

Nurses who have received any formal training in the Surgical Scrub Practitioners’ List of Non-Technical Skills (SPLINTS) program or other similar non-technical skills training programs.

All participants were divided into three batches and received the same one-day theoretical session. All participants will be assessed on the non-technical skills of scenario simulation scripts prior to the entire duration of the theory session to establish a standardized baseline for each individual. Prior to the formal training, the handwashing nurses in the pre-training group were assessed on non-technical skills by the course leader and surgeon from the training team using a self-developed "cognitive + social skills scenario simulation script". participator A post competency questionnaire for nurses in the operating room and three questionnaires on mental health (General Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) questionnaire, PHQ-09 Depression Rating Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale, Burnout Scale were also completed)
