研究目的：

调查肺癌患者术后症状的发生率和严重程度，使用网络分析法构建同期症状网络，识别核心症状，并做影响因素分析，为后续构建精准、高效的肺癌术后症状管理方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the incidence and severity of postoperative symptoms in patients with lung cancer, use network analysis to build a concurrent symptom network, identify core symptoms, and analyse influencing factors to provide a basis for the subsequent construction of accurate and efficient postoperative symptom management programs for lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经病理诊断为早期非小细胞肺癌；②年龄≥18岁；③意识清楚、且能够正常交流与阅读；④接受肺癌手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1 Pathological diagnosis of early non-small cell lung cancer; 2 Age >= 18 years old; 3 Clear consciousness, and able to communicate and read normally; 4 Receive surgical treatment for lung cancer.

排除标准：

排除标准：①肺癌复发或远处脏器转移; ②合并放疗、免疫治疗、靶向治疗等其他治疗方式; ③合并其它需要治疗的恶性肿瘤; ④合并各种重要脏器严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Recurrence of lung cancer or distant metastasis; 2 Combined with radiotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and other treatments; 3 combined with other malignant tumours requiring treatment; 4 Serious diseases of various important organs.
