通过回顾性研究，探讨新生儿胃肠道手术术中高乳酸血症的患病率、预后及危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the prevalence, prognosis and risk factors of hyperlactatemia during neonatal gastrointestinal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2020.5-2022.10行气管插管全麻的胃肠手术新生儿； 2. 生后日龄≤28天； 3.术中行动脉血气分析。

Inclusion criteria

1. 2020.5-2022.10 newborns undergoing gastrointestinal surgery with tracheal intubation and general anesthesia; 2. postnatal age <=28 days; 3. Intraoperative arterial blood gas analysis was performed.

排除标准：

1.未行气管插管全麻； 2.手术时长<60分钟； 3.先天性心脏病； 4.染色体异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. general anesthesia without tracheal intubation; 2. surgery time was less than 60 minutes; 3. severe congenital heart disease; 4. chromosomal anomalies.
