the aim was to explore the risk factors of prolonged mechanical ventilation in patients after heart transplantation

纳入标准：

广东省人民医院2019年3月~2023年12月初次心脏移植患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with primary heart transplantation from March 2019 to December 2023 in Guangdong Provincial People 's Hospital

排除标准：

二次心脏移植手术；联合器官移植；近3月心脏外科手术；存在免疫系统疾病、结缔组织病、感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤病史、严重凝血功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

Second heart transplant surgery ; combined organ transplantation ; cardiac surgery in recent 3 months ; there are immune system diseases, connective tissue diseases, infectious diseases, malignant tumor history, severe coagulation dysfunction ;
