研究目的：

构建育龄期SLE患者生育忧虑支持性心理干预方案并评价其效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a supportive psychological intervention program for reproductive concerns in SLE patients of childbearing age and evaluate its effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2019年欧洲风湿病学协会联盟/美国风湿病学会的SLE诊断标准；
2.年龄18～49岁；
3.了解自身病情并同意参与本研究；
4.意识清醒，具备理解及表达能力；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the 2019 European Federation of Rheumatology Associations/American College of Rheumatology criteria for SLE diagnosis; 2. Age from 18 to49 years old; 3. Understand your condition and agree to participate in this study; 4. Clear consciousness, ability to understand and express;

排除标准：

1.SLE合并严重并发症（如SLE相关肺动脉高压患者）；
2.合并其他严重威胁生命的疾病；
3.精神异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1. SLE with severe complications (e.g., SLE related pulmonary hypertension); 2. Combined with other serious life-threatening diseases; 3. psychosis;
