研究目的：

通过随机对照、双盲、多中心方法验证长双歧杆菌CCFM760及22M1对便秘症状的缓解作用，为解决便秘提供一种新的疗法  

Objectives of Study：

Validate the relieving effect of Bifidobacterium longum CCFM760 and 22M1 on constipation symptoms through randomized controlled, double-blind, and multicenter methods, providing a new therapy for solving constipation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 性别、种族不限，年龄18岁以上； 2. 必须符合罗马Ⅳ功能性便秘的诊断标准，并需排除功能性排便障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gender and race are not limited, and the age is 18 years old or above; 2. Must meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV. Functional constipation and exclude functional defecation disorders.

排除标准：

（1）需同时服用其他泻药者； （2）患者拒绝签署知情同意书，或估计依从性较差，随访可能性差者； （3）2周内服用益生菌制品者； （4）2周内服用抗生素者; （5）研究者认为不适合入组的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who need to take other laxatives at the same time; (2) Patients who refused to sign the informed consent form, or who were estimated to have poor compliance and poor follow-up possibility; (3) Those who take probiotic products within 2 weeks; (4) Those who take antibiotics within 2 weeks; (5) Subjects who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment.

盲法：

本试验采用盲法设计。编盲人员负责按照随机序列将打印好的标签粘贴与每份菌粉的相同位置，之后转交给研究负责人。编盲人员只参与菌粉的管理、储存等相关工作，不能向其他任何人员透露随机分组的相关信息，并且不参与后续的所有研究流程。随机分配表一式三份，使用不透光信封保存，由研究负责人、编盲人员以及统计师各保管一份。

Blinding：

This experiment adopts a blind design. The blinding personnel are responsible for pasting the printed labels in the same position as each bacterial powder according to a random sequence, and then handing them over to the research leader. Blind personnel only participate in the management, storage, and other related work of bacterial powder, and cannot disclose information about random grouping to any other personnel, and do not participate in all subsequent research processes. Three copies of the random allocation form shall be kept in opaque envelopes, with one copy each kept by the study leader, blinding personnel, and statistician.
