研究目的：

两组患者术中核心体温的对比。核心温度较基线降低以及麻醉后正常核心体温维持时间。不良反应发生率：比较两组低体温、寒战发生情况。两组患者热舒适感知量表评分对比。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of intraoperative core body temperature between two groups of patients. The decrease in core temperature compared to baseline and the maintenance time of normal core temperature after anesthesia. Adverse reaction rate: Compare the occurrence of hypothermia and shivering between two groups. Comparison of scores on the thermal comfort perception scale between two groups of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《前列腺癌诊断治疗指南》并经病理活检确诊者； 2.所有患者均行机器人辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术； 3.肿瘤未转移； 4.精神正常者； 5.依从性良好； 6.美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级为I-III级； 7.临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who comply with the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Prostate Cancer" and have been diagnosed through pathological biopsy;
2.All patients underwent robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy;
3.The tumor has not metastasized;
4.Individuals with normal mental state;
5.Good compliance;
6.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifies it as I-III levels;
7.Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.肿瘤复发或发生转移； 2.合并严重心肺功能疾病； 3.合并其他恶性肿瘤； 4.存在手术禁忌证； 5.BMI＞31kg/m^2。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Tumor recurrence or metastasis; 2.Combined with severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; 3.Merge with other malignant tumors; 4.There are contraindications for surgery; 5.BMI>31kg/m^2.
