探索糖尿病足溃疡的发病机制，为糖尿病足溃疡的治疗提供新的方向。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the pathogenesis of diabetic foot ulcer and provide a new direction for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.糖尿病诊断明确； 2.足部溃疡形成。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis of diabetes is clear; 2. Foot ulcer formation.

排除标准：

患病后已使用抗生素、严重肝肾功能不全、血管闭塞、下肢血管严重病变（ABI小于0.6）、妊娠、自身免疫性疾病、皮肤过敏、血液系统疾病、精神障碍、激素或静脉药物成瘾史。

Exclusion criteria：

History of antibiotic use, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, vascular occlusion, severe lower extremity vascular lesions (ABI less than 0.6), pregnancy, autoimmune disease, skin allergy, hematological disorders, mental disorders, hormonal or intravenous drug addiction.
