研究目的:

本专案将通过收集澳门地区本校大学生群体生物样本(4小时尿液)的采集,采用萤光法对采集尿样生物化学层面上分析;计算硫胺素和核黄素在人体内的摄入和吸收状况,结合3D24h膳食调查,焦虑量表、压力量表与睡眠品质量表得分,探索不同硫胺素和核黄素营养状况下焦虑、压力心理状况和睡眠品质之间的关联;结合4小时尿样生理生化参数的测定,评估硫胺素和核黄素缺乏对焦虑、压力和睡眠质量影响;通过膳食干预,探究缺乏人群补充必需营养素摄入后的心理健康和睡眠品质变化,对比膳食干预前后的焦虑、压力状况的改善变化。 本专案希望通过对澳门地区的膳食模式进行摸排、评估和比对,为澳门地区完善膳食模式提供一定的建议。 同时也希望进一步辅助硫胺素和核黄素作为天然营养素对缓解焦虑、压力和改善睡眠提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

In this project, a 4-hour urine sample was collected from college students in Macao, and the urine samples were analyzed at the biochemical level by fluorescence method. The intake and absorption status of thiamine and riboflavin in human body were calculated. Combined with the 3D24h dietary survey, anxiety scale, stress scale and sleep quality scale scores, the correlation between anxiety, stress psychological status and sleep quality under different thiamine and riboflavin nutritional status was explored. The effects of thiamine and riboflavin deficiency on anxiety, stress and sleep quality were evaluated by measuring the physiological and biochemical parameters of 4-hour urine samples. To explore the changes in mental health and sleep quality of the deficient population after dietary supplementation, and to compare the improvements in anxiety and stress before and after dietary intervention. This project hopes to provide some suggestions for improving the dietary patterns of Macao by exploring, evaluating and comparing the dietary patterns of Macao. It is also hoped that further supplementing thiamine and riboflavin as natural nutrients can provide scientific evidence for relieving anxiety, stress and improving sleep.

纳入标准:

感兴趣的参与者首先通过现场筛选,需要符合以下纳入标准:1)年龄18-25岁;2)SAS量表得分(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,焦虑自评量表)至少为50;3)PSS量表得分(Perceived Stress Scale,感知压力量表)至少为13;4)PSQI量表得分(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数)至少为6分;5)ESS量表得分(Epworth Sleepiness Scale,艾普沃思嗜睡量表)至少为6分。

Inclusion criteria

Interested participants were first screened on-site and required to meet the following inclusion criteria: 1) age 18-25 years; 2) Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score of at least 50; 3) Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) score at least 13; 4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of at least 6; 5) score at least 6 on the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (Epworth Sleepiness Scale).

排除标准:

本研究排除了1)BMI 低于 18.5 且超过 40 kg/m^2 的个体;2)尿液中维生素B1含量大于200ug,尿液中维生素B2含量大于800ug;3)经历破产、爱情失败等压力的个体,以及一级亲属和亲密朋友在过去六个月内的死亡史。4)患有神经性或器质性疾病;5)患有病理性焦虑(如广泛性焦虑障碍GAD)或精神疾病(如创伤后应激障碍);被诊断炎症性疾病的个体和其他特定疾病,如糖尿病、心血管、癌症、高血压、肾脏疾病、肝脏疾病、甲状腺功能亢进症、癫痫和 MS。6)被诊断患有病理性睡眠障碍(如重度失眠症,重度阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停综合征);7)近期饮酒、吸毒史(过去3个月);8)怀孕或哺乳期妇女。此外,未能完成问卷并正确遵循指引的受试者也被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria:

Individuals with 1) BMI less than 18.5 and more than 40 kg/m^2 were excluded from this study; 2) the content of vitamin B1 in urine is more than 200ug, and the content of vitamin B2 in urine is more than 800ug; 3) individuals experiencing stress such as bankruptcy, love failure, and a history of death within the past six months in first-degree relatives and close friends. 4) with neurological or organic diseases; 5) pathological anxiety (e.g., generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)) or psychiatric disorders (e.g., post-traumatic stress disorder); Individuals diagnosed with inflammatory diseases and other specific diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, hypertension, renal disease, liver disease, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, and MS. 6) diagnosed with a pathologic sleep disorder (e.g., severe insomnia, severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome); 7) recent history of alcohol or drug use (past 3 months); 8) pregnant or lactating women. In addition, subjects who failed to complete the questionnaire and correctly followed the instructions were excluded.

Subjects were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the vitamin B1&B2 nutritional supplement group or placebo by using the computer software SPSS to generate a random assignment cohort with random numbers. Randomization and coding of the nutrition-supplement and placebo groups were performed by a third person (the investigator).

The researcher regularly backed up the data to avoid loss.
