研究目的：

1.提升脑卒中防治知识水：通过新媒体形式的健康教育，显著提升乐山彝区居民对脑卒中防治知识的认知水平。 2.改变健康行为：促使居民养成健康生活习惯，提高预防脑卒中的自我管理能力，减少脑卒中的发病率和致残率。 3.建立可持续培训模式：开发适合彝族地区的健康教育内容和培训方法，形成可持续、可推广的健康教育模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Improving the knowledge of stroke prevention and treatment: Through health education in the form of new media, the cognitive level of stroke prevention and treatment knowledge of residents in Leshan Yi District was significantly improved.Change health behavior: promote residents to develop healthy living habits, improve self-management ability to prevent stroke, and reduce the incidence and disability rate of stroke.Establish a sustainable training model: develop health education content and training methods suitable for Yi areas, and form a sustainable and popularizable health education model.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁的常驻居民；
2.意识清楚，能正常交流者；
3.符合心脑血管病危险因素社区、乡镇人群综合干预筛查表判定的卒中高危人群；
4.知情同意且自愿参与本研究者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Resident >= 18 years of age; 2.Conscious and able to communicate normally; 3.High-risk stroke population in accordance with the comprehensive intervention screening table for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease risk factors in community and township population; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study;

排除标准：

1.患有精神疾病或严重的心脏、肝肾疾病者；
2.正在参与其他类似研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from mental illness or serious heart, liver and kidney disease;
2.Is participating in other similar research;

所有数据输入Excel2016中，采用双人录入，遵循实时模式，由第二名研究者对原始数据进行认真核对，发现可疑数据需重新核对原始调查问卷，以保证研究数据的准确性和完整性。
