研究目的：

本研究旨在分析老年胃肠道肿瘤患者术前HALP评分和其他与POD相关的危险因素，探讨术前HALP评分对POD的预测价值，为患者的围手术期管理提供更好的指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to analyze the preoperative HALP score and other risk factors related to POD in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors, explore the predictive value of preoperative HALP score for POD, and provide better guidance for perioperative management of patients.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 ≥ 60岁；
2. 行胃肠道肿瘤根治性切除术患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Patients underwent gastroenteric tumor surgery;

排除标准：

1. 术后住院时间小于3天；
2. 术前合并精神病或神经系统疾病；
3. 数据不全；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Postoperative length of stay <= 3 days; 2. Preoperative neuropsychiatric disorders; 3. Incomplet data;
