研究目的：

通过观察糖尿病皮肤创面患者使用温敏型羟丁基壳聚糖护创敷料治疗效果以及相关临床特征，获得护创敷料的使用情况及潜在获益风险的临床证据。评估糖尿病慢性创面患者用药后的实际获益情况，探索研究结论的外推性。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the therapeutic effect and related clinical characteristics of temperature sensitive hydroxybutylchitosan wound care dressing used by patients with diabetes skin wounds, we obtained the clinical evidence of the use of wound care dressing and the potential benefit risk. To evaluate the actual benefits of diabetes patients with chronic wounds after medication, and explore the extrapolation of research conclusions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-90岁，性别不限； 2.糖尿病皮肤创面； 3.患者为非过敏体质，无免疫性疾病；无营养性代谢性疾病； 4.患者或委托人同意参加本临床试验，愿意并能够按照要求进行随访观 察，能理解和签署知情同意书； 5.使用温敏型羟丁基壳聚糖护创敷料敷料的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age range: 18-90 years old, gender not limited; 2.Diabetes skin wound; 3.The patient has a non allergic constitution and no immune related diseases; Non nutritive metabolic diseases; 4.The patient or client agrees to participate in this clinical trial and is willing and able to follow up as required be able to understand and sign informed consent forms; 5.Patients using thermosensitive hydroxybutyl chitosan wound dressings.

排除标准：

1.对多类药物有过敏史或近期有过敏疾病患者；
2.对虾、蟹等海鲜食物过敏者；
3.入院前2个月内参加过其他药物或器械临床试验者；
4.有精神疾患者以及无自知力、不能确切表达着；
5.研究者判断不适合入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of allergies to multiple types of drugs or recent allergic diseases;
2.People who are allergic to seafood such as shrimp and crab;
3.Individuals who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs or devices within 2 months prior to admission;
4.Patients with mental illnesses and those without self-awareness who cannot express themselves accurately;
5.Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.

糖尿病皮肤创面患者，每次使用前将创面清洁，用碘伏清洗消毒干燥后，产品常温放置下形成凝胶，均匀涂抹适量产品，凝胶厚度 2-5mm，根据情况泡沫敷料或纱布包扎。

For diabetic skin wound patients, clean the wound before each use, clean, disinfect and dry it with iodine, form a gel under the product at room temperature, evenly apply an appropriate amount of product, the gel thickness is 2-5mm, and wrap it with foam dressing or gauze according to the situation.
