研究防粘连自交联透明质酸钠凝胶（宫安康）在轻、中度宫腔粘连患者术后预防粘连复发的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of auto-crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel in prevention of adhesion recurrence after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄20-40岁，
体重50-80Kg，
子宫轻、中度粘连患者，
理解并认可本随机对照试验。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 20-40 years,
2.Weight range from 50-80 kg,
3.Adhesion severity range from mild to moderate based on AFS score or ESGE classification
4.Fully understand and willing to take part in this randomized controlled trial

排除标准：

年龄>40岁或<20岁；
体重<50kg或>80kg；
宫腔粘连重度患者；
有子宫动脉栓塞手术史；
仅宫颈内口粘连者；3个月内有激素替代治疗者；
有严重内外科合并症者；
妊娠状态；
术前发热或存在感染症状；
恶性肿瘤；
盆腔炎病史者；
子宫肌瘤直径>3cm者，子宫腺肌研究症；
麻醉禁忌患者，
不理解或不认可随机对照试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) previous history of endometrial tuberculosis;
(ii)previous history of uterine artery embolization;
(iii) patients with significant medical illnesses.
