研究目的：

1.对比改良版阴道残端缝合与传统版对于阴道残端息肉的疗效； 2.探讨改良版缝合方法应用于其他部位的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To compare the efficacy of modified vaginal stump suture and traditional vaginal stump polyp; 2.To explore the feasibility of applying the improved version suture method to other parts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2020年06月至2022年06月于我科住院治疗，
包块：子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、盆地功能障碍（子宫脱垂）等子宫良性疾病经阴道或经阴腹联合行全子宫切除术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients hospitalized in our department from June 2020 to June 2022;
2. Patients with benign diseases of uterus such as hysteromyoma, adenomyoma, adenomyosis, and basin dysfunction (prolapse of uterus) who underwent total hysterectomy through vagina or through the combination of vagina and abdomen.

排除标准：

排除经腹切除全子宫者和子宫恶性病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with total hysterectomy and uterine malignant diseases.
