研究目的：

（1）获得基本参数。本研究为含糖饮料健康干预预实验，旨在测得农村地区学龄儿童的含糖饮料实际摄入情况以及群内相关系数，为后续正式试验的干预目标值和样本量计算测得基本参数。 （2）检查干预的可实施性。作为正式试验之前的预实验，本研究的重要目的在于在整个干预过程中检查干预措施的可实施性、关键指标测量的准确性和问卷访谈维度的全面性，并在后续正式试验中及时纠正。 （3）测量问卷信效度。本预实验将测量问卷中计划行为理论各维度及有关知识量表的信效度，为后续正式实验的问卷编制提供依据和经验。 （4）验证干预的可推广性。通过对于学生、教师以及校长的问卷及访谈，了解干预课程在实际推广中存在的难点、堵点，了解在后续实际推广中存在的缺点和不足，并在后续正式试验中进行改进。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Obtain basic parameters. This study is a pre - experiment on health intervention regarding sugar - sweetened beverages. Its aim is to measure the actual intake of sugar - sweetened beverages among school - aged children in rural areas and the intra - cluster correlation coefficient, so as to obtain basic parameters for calculating the intervention target value and sample size in the subsequent formal experiment. (2) Examine the feasibility of the intervention. As a pre - experiment before the formal one, an important objective of this study is to examine the feasibility of the intervention measures, the accuracy of key indicator measurement, and the comprehensiveness of the questionnaire interview dimensions throughout the intervention process, and make timely corrections in the subsequent formal experiment. (3) Measure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. This pre - experiment will measure the reliability and validity of each dimension of the Theory of Planned Behavior and relevant knowledge scales in the questionnaire, providing a basis and experience for the compilation of the questionnaire in the subsequent formal experiment. (4) Verify the generalizability of the intervention. Through questionnaires and interviews with students, teachers, and principals, identify the difficulties and bottlenecks in the actual promotion of the intervention courses, understand the shortcomings and deficiencies in the subsequent practical promotion, and make improvements in the subsequent formal experiment.

纳入标准： 1) 农村地区的学龄儿童； 2) 得到父母或监护人知情同意； 3) 具备基本的自主阅读、写字和沟通能力； 4) 有意愿且有能力参与长期的干预实验中； 5) 未参与过类似的饮食行为的干预实验。

Inclusion Criteria: (1) School - aged children in rural areas. 2()Informed consent obtained from parents or guardians. (3)Possess basic independent reading, writing, and communication skills. (4)Be willing and able to participate in the long - term intervention experiment. (5)Have not participated in similar intervention experiments on dietary behaviors.

排除标准： 1) 患有基础疾病或其他潜在疾病的患者； 2) 发育迟缓、物质滥用或有严重的精神障碍者； 3) 由于某些原因需要特殊饮食控制的； 4) 研究者认为不适合参与的其他情况。

Exclusion Criteria: (1) Patients with underlying diseases or other potential illnesses. (2) Individuals with developmental delays, substance abuse problems, or severe mental disorders. (3) Those who require special dietary control due to certain reasons. (4) Other situations that researchers consider unsuitable for participation.

由一位不参加本研究其他工作的研究人员，使用基于网络的程序产生随机数字序列。该研究人员将生成的随机数字序列打印两份密封，一份自留，一份交予项目负责人。两份数字序列均需保存在办公楼内安全处。该研究人员同时打印制作顺序编号的不透光的密封信封，交予另一负责分配隐藏的研究人员妥善保存。 在进行分配实施前，由项目负责人指定哪一组为干预组，另一组为对照组，通知分配实施研究人员。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A researcher who is not involved in other tasks of this study will generate a random number sequence using a web - based program. The researcher will print two copies of the generated random number sequence and seal them. One copy is kept by the researcher himself/herself, and the other is handed over to the project leader. Both copies of the number sequence should be stored in a secure place within the office building. Meanwhile, the researcher will print and produce opaque, sealed envelopes with sequential numbers, and hand them over to another researcher responsible for allocation concealment for proper storage. Before the implementation of the allocation, the project leader will designate which group is the intervention group and the other as the control group, and then notify the researcher in charge of the allocation implementation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在本次研究中所有收集的原始数据由专人管理，保证对被试隐私的保密，其他项目组成员均不得接触被试的个人信息。建立数据安全与监察委员会，由3-5人组成，为北京师范大学社会发展与公共政策学院的教授和研究生，定期对累积数据进行分析评价，从而保证受试者安全和利益，确保预实验的完整性和可信性。数据安全与监察委员会在研究前商讨审阅本次研究的试验方案、统计分析计划、研究问卷和知情同意书等重要文件，并负责定期监察研究安全性结果，根据研究实施结果进行有效性评价分析，及时的沟通交流进行调整。每次测量完成后将问卷放置于专门的档案袋中，由团队专业负责人员负责保管。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, all the collected raw data are managed by designated personnel to ensure the confidentiality of the participants' privacy. Other members of the project team are not allowed to access the personal information of the participants. A Data Safety and Monitoring Committee is established, consisting of 3 - 5 professors and postgraduate students from the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Beijing Normal University. This committee regularly analyzes and evaluates the accumulated data to safeguard the safety and interests of the participants, and to ensure the integrity and credibility of the pre - experiment. Before the study, the Data Safety and Monitoring Committee discusses and reviews important documents such as the experimental protocol, statistical analysis plan, research questionnaires, and informed consent forms. The committee is also responsible for regularly monitoring the safety results of the study, conducting effectiveness evaluation and analysis based on the implementation results of the study, and making timely adjustments through communication. After each measurement, the questionnaires are placed in special file bags and are kept in the custody of professional team members.
