研究目的：

1.主要目的： 射频消融和开放性外科手术治疗血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的有效性和安全性比较。 2.探索性目的： 通过比较射频消融以及开放性外科手术治疗血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的疗效，证明消融治疗是一项微创、安全、有效的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Purpose: Comparison of the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation and open surgery for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients on hemodialysis. 2. Exploratory Purpose: By comparing the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation and open surgery for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in hemodialysis patients, ablation was demonstrated to be a minimally invasive, safe and effective treatment option.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.B超 和 TcMIBI检查存在至少一个增生的甲状旁腺腺瘤； 2.每周接受 3 次维持性血液透析至少 3 个月的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者

Inclusion criteria

1. B-ultrasound and TcMIBI examination of at least one hyperplastic parathyroid adenoma; 2. Patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism who have been on maintenance hemodialysis 3 times a week for at least 3 months

排除标准：

1.在过去5年内患有溶骨性恶性肿瘤病史； 2.正在接受噻嗪类利尿剂或锂剂治疗； 3.缺乏基线资料或拒绝参与随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of osteolytic malignancy within the past 5 years; 2. Being treated with thiazide diuretics or lithium; 3. Lack of baseline data or refusal to participate in follow-up.
