研究目的：

通过测量起立-行走测试量表(TUG)、Berg 平衡量表(BBS)、简易机体功能评估量表(SPPB)、双重任务行走（DWI）等步态评估量表及屏气指数( BHI )变化，观察加减地黄饮子治疗 CSVD 步态异常的临床疗效，并探讨治疗机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Measure the standing and walking test scale (TUG), Berg balance scale (BBS), simple body function assessment scale (SPPB), dual task walking (DWI), measure the changes of breath hold index (BHI), and explore the treatment mechanism.

Inclusion criteria

Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2021

排除标准：

不能纠正的视力、听力障碍、帕金森病、颈腰椎疾病、严重的骨关节疾 病等影响步态者 近期使用乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂、安定类药物 其它原因的脑白质 高信号，如多发性硬化、代谢或中毒性脑病、感染等 可能的心源性栓塞或大动脉硬化性脑梗死 肺大泡、严重肺气肿、哮喘等不能配合完成屏气 失语不能配合完成双 重任务行走（DTW） 重度低教育水平者、严重抑郁、阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性病变 影响双重任务行走（DTW）患者

Exclusion criteria：

Uncorrectable visual and hearing impairments, Parkinson's disease, cervical and lumbar spine diseases, and severe osteoarthritis Illness and other factors affecting gait
Recent use of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and antipsychotic drugs
Other causes of high white matter signal in the brain, such as multiple sclerosis, metabolic or toxic encephalopathy, infection, etc
Possible cardiogenic embolism or large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction
Inability to cooperate in holding breath due to pulmonary alveoli, severe emphysema, asthma, etc
Aphasia and inability to cooperate in completing dual task walking (DTW)
