研究目的：

本研究分析肿瘤患者发生口腔衰弱发生的危险因素并构建风险预测模型，为医护人员早期识别患者口腔衰弱，及时制定干预方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study analyzed the risk factors for oral weakness in cancer patients and constructed a risk prediction model, so as to provide a basis for medical staff to identify oral weakness in patients early and formulate intervention plans in a timely manner.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合恶性肿瘤诊断；2）年龄＞＝60岁；3）无沟通障碍；4）无心脑肾等严重疾病急性发作。

Inclusion criteria

1)Diagnosed with malignant tumors;2)Aged 60 years or older;3)No communication barriers;4)No acute exacerbation of severe comorbid conditions such as cardiac, cerebral, or renal diseases.

排除标准：

1）合并有心肺等功能衰竭或其他严重躯体疾病者； 2）有严重精神疾病、认知障碍；3）中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Presence of heart, lung, or other critical organ failure or severe physical illness;2)Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment;3)Withdrawal from the study.
