探讨右美托咪定复合咪达唑仑用于孤独症患儿镇静的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of dexmedetomidine combined with midazolam for sedation in children with autism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

接受头颅MRI检查孤独症患儿，性别不限，年龄1～6岁，ASAΙ-II级

Inclusion criteria

Brain MRI was performed on children with autism, regardless of gender, aged 1 to 6 years,ASAΙ-II

排除标准：

ASA＞Ⅲ级，鼻黏膜、口腔粘膜损伤；严重呼吸道感染；镇静、麻醉药物过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

ASA > Ⅲ, nasal mucosa, oral mucosa injury; Severe respiratory infection; History of allergy to sedative and anesthetic drugs.
