研究目的：

本研究旨在构建并验证ICU患者再喂养综合征的风险预测模型，以协助ICU医护人员准确识别再喂养综合征的高危患者，从而为其制定个性化的营养管理方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct and validate a risk prediction model for refeeding syndrome in ICU patients, thereby assisting medical staff in accurately identifying high-risk individuals. This will provide a scientific foundation for the formulation of personalized nutrition management plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁； 2.入ICU 24h内 NRS 2002评分≥3分； 3.预计在ICU内接受营养支持治疗的时间≥5天； 4.同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. NRS 2002 score (within 24 hours of ICU admission) >= 3 points; 3. An anticipated duration of nutritional support in the ICU >= 5 days; 4. Consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.近期（3个月内）行甲状旁腺切除术、肾脏替代治疗、治疗高磷血症； 2.姑息治疗患者； 3.同期参与其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recent (within the past three months) parathyroidectomy, renal replacement therapy, or treatment for hyperphosphatemia; 2. Patients receiving palliative care; 3. Concurrent participation in other investigational studies.
