研究目的：

肿瘤免疫微环境（TIME）在癌症进展中起到至关重要的作用。既往研究表明，TIME可能参与乳房外paget病（EMPD）的发生发展，揭示TIME与EMPD的相关性，有助于我们更好地了解EMPD的发生机制。我们希望通过转录组学建立EMPD的免疫景观框架，并发现有前景的预后生物标记物，为后续深入研究EMPD的具体机制提供新思路和方向。  

Objectives of Study：

The tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) plays a crucial role in cancer progression. Previous studies have shown that TIME has an important role in the development of extra-mammary paget’s disease (EMPD), revealing the correlation between TIME and EMPD. However, the immune microenvironment in EMPD is not very well characterized. We hope that establishing the framework of the immune landscape of EMPD through transcriptomics will help us better understand the mechanism of EMPD and discover promising prognostic biomarkers, providing new ideas and directions for subsequent in-depth studies of the specific mechanisms of EMPD.

纳入标准：

1.经由宁波大学附属第一医院病理中心苏木精-伊红染色和免疫染色被证实为乳房外佩吉特病的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.patients with EMPD confirmed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and immunostaining at the Pathology Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University.

排除标准：

1.病理诊断不明确为乳房外 paget 病的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with an unclear pathological diagnosis of extramammary Paget's disease;
