研究目的：

选取2019年1月至2024年3月于哈尔滨医科大学就诊骨性I类面部对称、骨性III类面部对称及骨性III类偏颌患者，利用CBCT评估骨性三类伴偏颌畸形患者、骨性III类面部对称患者上下颌后牙牙齿近远中、颊舌向倾斜角度及牙槽骨厚度，并与骨性I类面部对称患者对比。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with skeletal class I ,asymmetrical skeletal Class III malocclusion and symmetrical skeletal Class III malocclusion were selected from Harbin Medical University from January 2019 to March 2024.The purposes of this retrospective study was using cone-beam computed tomography to investigate the dental compensation and alveolar bone thickness of posterior teeth in patients with asymmetrical skeletal Class III malocclusion and compared with Class III patients without mandibular deformity and skeletal class I patients.

纳入标准：

年龄>=16岁;恒牙列，上下牙列拥挤<4mm;既往无正畸或正颌治疗;骨骼III类（ANB角＜0°; Wits <=-3.6mm）前牙反牙合或对刃;治疗前 CBCT 资料完整，图像清晰

Inclusion criteria

Age>=16 years; permanent dentition, crowded upper and lower dentition < 4 mm; No prior orthodontic or orthognathic treatment; Skeletal class III (ANB angle< 0°; Wits <=-3.6mm) anterior teeth are crossbited or counterbited; The pre-treatment CBCT data were complete and the images were clear

排除标准：

先天缺牙、乳牙滞留或阻生牙;后牙严重拥挤;后牙区存在修复体;上颌窦明显鼓入上颌后牙颊或舌侧牙槽骨内;重度牙周炎;存在单侧髁突肥大、肿瘤等影响面部对称的先天性或获得性疾病; 有正畸或正颌治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

Congenital missing teeth, retained primary teeth, or impacted teeth; Severe crowding of the back teeth; presence of restorations in the posterior region; maxillary sinuses distinctly bulge into the cheeky or lingual alveolar bone of the maxillary posterior teeth; severe periodontitis; Presence of congenital or acquired diseases that affect facial symmetry, such as unilateral condylar hypertrophy and tumors; Has a history of orthodontic or orthognathic treatment.
