研究目的：

（1）构建风湿免疫科年轻护士“案例工作坊”培训模式。 （2）应用自身对照试验验证“案例工作坊”模式对风湿免疫科年轻护士培训的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish a "case workshop" training model for young nurses in the rheumatology and immunology department. (2) Self-controlled trials were used to verify the effectiveness of the "case workshop" model for the training of young nurses in rheumatology and immunology department.

纳入标准：

具有护士执业证书；在风湿免疫科工作1年以上5年以下的护士；

Inclusion criteria

Have a nurse practicing certificate; Nurses who have worked in rheumatology and immunology for 1 to 5 years;

排除标准：

轮转护士、 实习护士；；参与者因中途生病或轮转等原因，无法参与培训。

Exclusion criteria：

Rotating nurse, Trainee Nurse; Participants were unable to participate in the training due to illness or rotation during the course.
