研究目的：

1.主要目的 本研究旨在通过前瞻性临床试验的方式，比较半自主机器人和动态导航辅助下预备无牙颌种植位点及种植体植入的精准度差异（包括角度偏差、根尖偏差和冠部偏差等）。 2.次要目的 术中种植窝预备过程操作时间，术后即刻种植体初期稳定性、患者满意度（包括是否疼痛、舒适度等），术后半年的骨结合状况、植体生存率，以及术中术后并发症的发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective The aim of this study is to compare the accuracy (including angular deviation, apical deviation and coronal deviation) of implant site preparation and implant placement in edentulous jaws assisted by semi-autonomous robot and dynamic navigation system. 2. Secondary objectives The operation time of implant socket preparation during the operation, the initial stability of the implant immediately after the operation, patient satisfaction (including pain and comfort, etc.), the osseointegration status and the survival rate of the implant half a year after the operation, and the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-80岁；②牙列缺失（无牙颌）需要种植修复的患者；③种植体植入区域内无严重软硬组织缺损或影响种植手术的病变；④自愿参加并签署知情同意书，并同意随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age of 18-80 years old; 2. Edentulous (edentulous) patients requiring implant restoration; 3. There was no serious soft and hard tissue defect or lesion affecting implant surgery in the implant area; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent, and agree to follow up.

排除标准：

1.颌面部放疗、注射双膦酸盐或地诺单抗治疗史的患者； 2.近6个月内有心脏病发作者； 3.经口腔卫生指导仍不能保持口腔卫生，依从性不良者； 4.严重骨缺损，无法种植修复患者； 5.患者未签署知情同意书； 6.患者依从性差，无法进行长期随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of maxillofacial radiotherapy, injection of bisphosphonates or denosumab; 2. Patients with heart attack in the past 6 months; 3. Unable to maintain oral hygiene after oral hygiene guidance, poor compliance; 4. Severe bone defect that cannot be repaired by implant; 5. Patients did not sign the informed consent; 6. The patient's compliance was poor, and long-term follow-up was not possible.
