本研究旨在探讨AIS患者骨盆倾斜度、脊柱冠状面平衡度与足部姿势指数之间的相关性，以及鞋垫对轻度AIS患者曲线进展控制的效果。探讨足部矫形器对不同曲度类型(单一胸弯和单一腰弯)轻度AIS曲线控制的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

TThe purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between pelvic inclination, spinal coronal balance and foot posture index in patients with AIS, and the effect of insole on curve progress control in patients with mild AIS. To explore the effect of foot orthosis on controlling mild AIS curve of different curvature types (single thoracic curvature and single lumbar curvature).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

10-16岁未经治疗，弯曲角度（Cobb角）大于10°且小于20°的具有单一胸部曲线(STC)或单一腰部曲线(SLC)的AIS患者。

Inclusion criteria

Untreated adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) patients aged 10-16 with a single thoracic curve (STC) or a single lumbar curve (SLC) with a Cobb angle greater than 10 and less than 20.

排除标准：

① 在入组前就有过治疗经历； ② 腿长差异大于1 cm； ③ 临床检查发现任何运动障碍、腰痛、神经系统异常； ④ 双弯曲或三重弯曲。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have had treatment experience before enrollment; 2. Leg length discrepancy greater than 1 cm; 3. Any movement impairment, low back pain, neurologic abnormalities observed on clinical examination; 4. Double principal curves or triple principal curves.
