研究目的：

本研究旨在探究生物年龄加速是否与胰腺癌患病风险有关，并初步探索生物年龄加速是否在吸烟、饮酒及肥胖三种可变不良生活方式因素增加胰腺癌风险中起中介作用。进而为衰老在胰腺癌发生中的重要作用提供临床线索，为探索衰老程度的评估指标及可能引起衰老加速的可变生活方式因素控制在胰腺癌预防、监测中的潜在运用价值提供一些帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore whether biological age acceleration is related to the risk of pancreatic cancer, and preliminarily explore whether biological age acceleration plays a mediating role in the increase of the risk of pancreatic cancer caused by lifestyle risk factors like smoking, drinking and obesity. Further, it provides clinical clues for the important role of aging in the occurrence of pancreatic cancer, and provides some help for exploring the potential application value of the assessment of the degree of aging and the control of variable lifestyle factors that may cause accelerated aging in the prevention and monitoring of pancreatic cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病例组： （1）年龄≥18岁 （2）2009年8月1日至2024年8月1日中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院住院收治的患者 （3）满足胰腺癌诊疗指南（2022年版）中胰腺癌病理学诊断标准：需由中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院或外院胰腺占位病灶或者转移灶活检或手术切除组织标本，经病理组织学和（或）细胞学检查诊断为胰腺癌；
2.对照组：（1）年龄≥18岁 （2）2009年8月1日至2024年8月1日中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院住院收治的患者 （3）无胰腺癌病史 （4）根据实际年龄、性别与病例组按照1:1匹配；

Inclusion criteria

1.Case group: (1) >= 18 years old; (2) Admitted to Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat sen University from August 1, 2009 to August 1, 2024; (3) Meet the pathological diagnostic criteria for pancreatic cancer in the pancreatic cancer diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2022 version):Tissue samples obtained from Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat sen University or other hospitals from biopsy or surgical resection of pancreatic lesions or metastatic lesions, and diagnose pancreatic cancer through histopathology and/or cytology. 2.Control group: (1) >= 18 years old; (2) Admitted to Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat sen University from August 1, 2009 to August 1, 2024; (3) Without a history of pancreatic cancer; (4) matched with the case group according to the actual age and gender with the ratio of 1:1.

排除标准：

1.病例组： （1）排除无病理结果明确胰腺癌诊断的患者 （2）排除病理诊断为神经内分泌肿瘤的患者 （3）胰腺癌病理确诊前我院观察指标信息（包括计算KDM年龄加速或表型年龄加速所需要的信息、匹配所需信息、可变不良生活方式因素信息及其他基本特征临床信息）记录缺失的患者，或信息采集前已进行过针对胰腺癌的治疗（包括手术、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗、经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术、内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影下操作），或无法确定采集信息前是否进行过上述治疗的患者；
2.对照组： （1）排除有疑诊或确诊胰腺癌病史的，或有不明性质胰腺占位的患者 （2）排除有原发部位不明的肿瘤病史的患者 （3）排除观察指标信息（包括计算KDM年龄加速或表型年龄加速所需要的信息、匹配所需信息、可变不良生活方式因素信息及其他基本特征临床信息）记录缺失的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Case group: (1) Without a clear diagnosis of pancreatic cancer with pathological results; (2) With a pathological diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumors; (3) With missing records of observation index information (including information required for calculating KDM age acceleration or phenotypic age acceleration, matching information, information on lifestyle factors and other basic clinical characteristics) before pathological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, or have received treatment for pancreatic cancer before information collection (including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography), or who cannot determine whether they have received the above treatment before information collection; 2.Control group: (1) With a history of suspected or confirmed pancreatic cancer or with unknown pancreatic lesions; (2) With a history of tumors with unknown primary location; (3) With missing records of observation indicators (including information required for calculating KDM age acceleration or phenotypic age acceleration, information required for matching, information on lifestyle factors and other basic characteristics of clinical information);
