探究高眼压症对近视患者眼底微循环结构的改变以及探究高眼压症对近视患者角膜生物力学的改变  

Objectives of Study：

Investigation of Changes in Fundus Microcirculation Structure and Corneal Biomechanics in Myopic Patients with Ocular Hypertension

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单纯近视组：6岁<=年龄<=70岁；
2.单纯近视组：显然验光屈光度为-8.00D<=DS<=-0.50D，且散光度为-3.00D<=DC<=+3.00D；
3.单纯近视组：最佳矫正视力(Best corrected visual acuity, BCVA)>=0.8；
4.单纯近视组：基线眼压<=21mmHg；
5.单纯近视组：房角镜检查前房角开放；
6.单纯近视组：视盘外观正常；
7.单纯近视组：OCTA测得的RNFL厚度在正常范围内；
8.单纯近视组：在 24-2 瑞典交互式阈 值算法标准视觉检查测试中没有视野缺损；
9.单纯近视组：屈光间质不影响进行 OCTA检查；
10.单纯近视组：所有近视患者须为轴性近视且未使用降眼压药物；
11.近视伴高眼压症组：纳入标准与近视眼相似，但眼压除外，基线眼压> 21 mmHg；

Inclusion criteria

1.Simple myopia group: 6y<=year<=70y;
2.Simple myopia group: Obviously, the refractive error of optometry is -8.00D<=DS<=-0.50D, and the astigmatism is -3.00D<=DC<=+3.00D;
3.Simple myopia group: Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA)>=0.8;
4.Simple myopia group: intraocular pressure<=21mmHg;
5.Simple myopia group: anterior chamber angle opening during gonioscopy examination;
6.Simple myopia group: normal appearance of optic disc;
7.Simple myopia group: RNFL thickness measured by OCTA is within the normal range;
8.Simple myopia group: no visual field defects in the 24-2 Swedish interactive threshold algorithm standard visual examination test;
9.Simple myopia group: Refractive stroma does not affect OCTA examination;
10.Simple myopia group: All myopic patients must have axial myopia and have not used intraocular pressure lowering drugs;
11.Myopia with high intraocular pressure group: Inclusion criteria similar to myopia, except for intraocular pressure, baseline intraocular pressure > 21 mmHg;

排除标准：

1.单纯近视组：高血压、糖尿病、甲状腺 功能亢进等联合全身性疾病史；
2.单纯近视组：既往眼内手术史或联合视网膜脱离、视网膜血管 疾病和其他眼内疾病；
3.单纯近视组：既往眼外伤史，视觉通路受累和继发性近视；
4.单纯近视组：不能配合视野检查或视野检查结果不可靠（视野检查结果不可靠为注视损失>20 %，假阳性率和假阴性率>=15 %）；
5.单纯近视组：OCTA 检查的信号强度 <6；
6.近视伴高眼压组：排除标准同单纯近视组；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of combined systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperthyroidism;
2.Previous history of intraocular surgery or combined retinal detachment, retinal vascular disease, and other intraocular diseases;
3.Previous history of ocular trauma, involvement of visual pathways, and secondary myopia;
4.Unable to cooperate with visual field examination or unreliable visual field examination results (unreliable visual field examination results include fixation loss>20%, false positive rate and false negative rate >= 15%);
5.The signal strength of OCTA inspection < 6;
6.Myopia with high intraocular pressure group: exclusion criteria are the same as those for the simple myopia group;
