研究目的：

掌握居家生活老年人的衰弱状况及主要危险因素；形成适于社区老年人的衰弱综合干预规范；提出社区老年人衰弱综合干预的政策和实施方案建议。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the frailty status and main risk factors of elderly people living at home;To form a comprehensive intervention norm suitable for the elderly in the community;Put forward the policy and the implementation plan of the comprehensive intervention of the elderly in the community.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.65岁-85岁，社区内居家生活的老年人，两年内居住地点无变动。 2.能够正常沟通交流。 3.能够配合完成问卷调查、衰弱评估、体格测量。 4.同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 65-85 years old, elderly living at home in the community, no change in residence location within two year. 2. Communicate normally. 3. Able to complete questionnaires, frailty assessment, physical measurements. 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患恶性肿瘤、心脑血管系统、神经系统等重症疾病。 2.严重抑郁、语言沟通及活动障碍等。 3.近3个月服用蛋白粉、鱼油、维生素D等膳食补充剂。 4.正在或近3个月内参加了其他医学或公共卫生类干预研究项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from malignant tumors, cardio-cerebrovascular system, nervous system and other severe diseases. 2. Severe depression, language communication and movement problems. 3. Dietary supplements such as protein powder, fish oil and vitamin D have been taken in the past 3 months. 4. Have participated in other medical or public health intervention research projects in the last 3 months or so.
