研究目的：

通过本项目研究，明确肺癌、结直肠癌患者与健康受试者比较在特定腧穴上存在压痛敏化现象，分析肺癌、结直肠癌患者在本经他经、重合神经节段（非重合神经节段）上腧穴压痛敏化率差异，评估不同经络、不同神经节段压痛敏化现象的差异，明确压痛敏化发生的界定值，明确肺癌、结直肠癌患者腧穴压痛敏化率的影响因素，以期证明传统经络理论合理性并为癌症诊疗提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this project is to elucidate the existence of pressure-pain sensitivity at specific acupoints in patients with lung cancer and colorectal cancer compared to healthy individuals. Additionally, the project aims to analyse the differences in pressure-pain sensitivity rates of acupoints in this meridian and other meridians, as well as overlapping ganglion segments. In lung cancer and colorectal cancer patients, the study will evaluate the differences in pressure-pain sensitivity phenomenon in different meridians and ganglion segments. It will also clarify the definitional value of the occurrence of pressure-pain sensitivity and identify the influencing factors of pressure-pain sensitivity. The study will assess the differences in pressure pain sensitivity phenomena in different meridians and ganglion segments, clarify the definition value of the occurrence of pressure pain sensitivity, and clarify the influence factors of pressure pain sensitivity rate of acupoints in patients with lung cancer and colorectal cancer. It is hoped that the rationality of the traditional meridian theory will be proven, and that ideas will be provided for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

纳入标准：

癌症患者 ① 18岁≤年龄≤80岁，性别不限； ② 符合相关癌症诊断标准，并通过病理学组织检查确诊者； ③ 卡氏评分≥50分； ④ 愿意配合研究，并签署知情同意书 注：须同时符合以上四点 健康受试者 ①18岁≤年龄≤80岁，性别不限； ②既往1年无任何重大疾病诊断者； ③无焦虑、抑郁病史者； ④愿意配合临床研究，可签署知情同意书者； 注：必须同时满足以上4个条件

Inclusion criteria

Cancerous person 1. 18 years old <=age <= 80 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Those who meet the relevant cancer diagnostic criteria and whose diagnosis is confirmed by pathological tissue examination; 3. Carpenter's score >=50; 4.Willing to cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent form; Note: Participants must meet all of the above four criteria. Healthy participants: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, inclusive, without gender restrictions; 2. Have not been diagnosed with any significant illness within the past year; 3. Possess no history of anxiety or depression; 4. Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate in clinical research and are capable of providing informed consent. Note: Participants must meet all of the above four criteria.

排除标准：

癌症患者 ①合并呼吸、循环、泌尿、血液、神经等系统的严重原发病者； ②检测穴区肢体障碍、皮肤破损及神经感觉异常者; ③BMI≥28分者； ④对问卷调查认知能力不足，不能独立完成问卷者 注：凡符合以上1点者予以排除 健康受试者 ① 生理期、哺乳期、怀孕期妇女； ② 检测穴区皮肤有破损者； 注：凡符合以上1点者予以排除

Exclusion criteria：

Cancerous person 1.Severe primary disease with respiratory, circulatory, urinary, blood, nervous and other systems; 2.Detect limb disorders, skin damage and nerve sensation abnormalities in the acupoint area; 3. BMI>=28 points; 4.The cognitive ability of questionnaire survey is insufficient, can not complete the questionnaire independently Note: Any individual meeting any one of the above criteria will be excluded. Healthy participants: 1. Women who are menstruating, breastfeeding, or pregnant; 2. Individuals with skin damage in the area to be tested. Note: Any individual meeting any one of the above criteria will be excluded.
