1、探究影响ERAS依从性的因素； 2、ERAS依从性与结直肠手术术后结局的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the factors affecting the compliance of ERAS; 2.To explored the effects of the ERAS protocol compliance rate on the short-term prognosis, such as postoperative complications and length of postoperative hospital stay.

纳入标准：

1、结直肠癌手术患者；
2、年龄18-75岁；
3、签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Colorectal surgery patients;
2. Aged 18-75 years old;
3. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、认知功能障碍；
2、急诊手术；
3、多脏器切除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive dysfunction;
2. Emergency surgery;
3. Multivisceral resections.
