研究目的：

（1）了解患者体位性低血压知信行现状，并分析其影响因素 （2）构建体位性低血压风险预测模型，并验证其临床应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Understand the current knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors concerning orthostatic hypotension among patients, and analyze its influencing factors. (2) Develop a predictive model for orthostatic hypotension risk and validate its clinical application effectiveness.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞60岁的住院患者 （2）住院时间＞3天 （3）可正常沟通交流 （4）知情同意，自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) Inpatients aged over 60 (2) Hospitalization duration exceeding 3 days (3) Able to communicate normally (4) Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study

排除标准：

（1）长期卧床 （2）存在认知功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Long-term bed confinement (2) Presence of cognitive dysfunction
