研究目的：

凡士林油纱联合莫匹罗星软膏在天疱疮患者皮损换药中的疗效评估，包括: 促进天疱疮患者的皮损愈合速度; 缩短天疱疮患者的住院治疗时间; 减轻患者换药时的疼痛程度; 降低天疱疮患者皮损感染率; 减少天疱疮患者的换药次数。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the efficacy of Vaseline gauze combined with Mupirocin ointment in the dressing changes for skin lesions in patients with pemphigus, including: Accelerating the healing of skin lesions in patients with pemphigus; Reducing the hospitalization duration for patients with pemphigus; Alleviating the pain during dressing changes in patients with pemphigus; Lowering the infection rate of skin lesions in patients with pemphigus; Decreasing the frequency of dressing changes in patients with pemphigus.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为寻常型天疱疮； 2.年龄在18 ～ 65岁者； 3.知情同意参加本项研究的者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris; 2.Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. Gave informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.皮损存在特殊感染者，如存在多重耐药菌感染； 2.伴其它严重系统性疾病者，如恶性肿瘤 3.合并其它皮肤疾病者； 4.孕妇或处于哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with skin lesions that are infected by special pathogens, such as multidrug-resistant bacteria; 2.Patients with other serious systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors; 3.Patients who also have other skin diseases; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
