研究目的：

核心肌群穩定性在復健和體育訓練計劃中已經變得非常流行。自行車共享系統在許多城市被廣泛使用，常見的自行車種類包括淑女車與登山車。然而，不適當的自行車適應性是許多過度使用傷害的觸發因素。下背痛是許多自行車手常抱怨的傷害，這也是全球公共衛生的主要挑戰和社會經濟負擔。核心肌群在提供局部力量和平衡、減少背部傷害和最大化力量控制方面具有重要性。因此，本研究探討了不同自行車車種對核心肌群表現的影響。  

Objectives of Study：

Core stability has become very popular in rehabilitation and sports training programs. Bike-sharing systems are widely used in many cities, and common types of bicycles include ladies bikes and mountain bikes. However, improper cycling fitness is a trigger for many overuse injuries. Low back pain is a common injury complaint among many cyclists and is a major public health challenge and socioeconomic burden worldwide. The core muscles are important in providing local strength and balance, reducing back injuries, and maximizing force control. Therefore, this study investigated the effects of different bicycle types on core muscle performance.

纳入标准：

納入條件：1.健康成年人(Elliott & La Gerche, 2015; Martuscello et al., 2013)受試者皆超過20（含）歲。2.聽得懂簡單指令(Yeh et al., 2017)。3.能夠騎行固定式自行車(Pisters et al., 2014)。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults (Elliott & La Gerche, 2015; Martuscello et al., 2013) aged 20 years or older. 2. Able to understand simple instructions (Yeh et al., 2017). 3. Ability to ride a stationary bicycle (Pisters et al., 2014).

排除标准：

排除條件：1.嚴重的肌肉骨骼疾病(Liao et al., 2016)。2.吸煙者或經常飲酒者(Martinez-Noguera et al., 2020)。3.有任何背部受傷或因事故（例如，交通事故）導致的其他脊椎受傷(Ali et al., 2021)。4.任何慢性發炎性疼痛（例如，風濕性關節炎，僵直性脊椎炎）的病史(Ali et al., 2021)。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe musculoskeletal diseases (Liao et al., 2016). 2. Smokers or regular drinkers (Martinez-Noguera et al., 2020). 3. Any back injury or other spinal injury caused by an accident (e.g., traffic accident) (Ali et al., 2021). 4. Any history of chronic inflammatory pain (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis) (Ali et al., 2021).
