研究目的：

利用多模态影像组学图像和人工智能的结合准确诊断口腔癌淋巴结是否转移，帮助术前合理制定的治疗方案，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The combination of multimodal imaging images and artificial intelligence is used to accurately diagnose whether oral cancer lymph node metastasis, which helps to rationally formulate preoperative treatment plan and improve patient prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究拟收集回顾性收集2012年1月1日至2023年10月1日华中科技大学协和医院收治的符合纳入标准的口腔癌患者淋巴结影像学图像，选取淋巴结状况最为清晰的影像资料，并获取相应的病灶病理报告信息，由经过专业培训的人员识别淋巴结图像，录入机器学习模型，进行训练和验证。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, lymph node imaging images of patients with oral cancer admitted to Union Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 1, 2012 to October 1, 2023 meeting the inclusion criteria were retrospectively collected. The image data with the clearest lymph node status was selected and corresponding pathological report information was obtained. The lymph node images were identified by professionally trained personnel. Input machine learning model for training and verification. 

纳入标准：

1. 病理证实的或典型影像证实（如中央有坏死液化灶）经颈部清扫为伴 1 个或多个恶性（转移性）淋巴结的口腔癌患者； 2. 病理证实的经颈部清扫为良性(非转移性)淋巴结的口腔患者； 3. 不确定性质的淋巴结的口腔癌患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with oral cancer confirmed by pathology or typical imaging (such as central necrotic liquefaction lesions) who have undergone neck dissection and are accompanied by one or more malignant (metastatic) lymph nodes; 2. Oral patients confirmed by pathology to have benign (non metastatic) lymph nodes after neck dissection; 3. Oral cancer patients with lymph nodes of uncertain nature.

排除标准：

1.图像中所有淋巴结均小于5mm或不能清晰可见； 2.口腔癌伴有转移性淋巴结：但放射学和病理学相关性尚不确定； 3.不能可靠地识别为淋巴结； 4.无明显原发肿瘤的淋巴结转移性疾病； 5.CT无对比增强图像； 6.无病理信息； 7.无清晰有效的图像； 8.摄影后一个月内未进行手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. All lymph nodes in the images were smaller than 5mm or could not be clearly seen; 2. Oral cancer with metastatic lymph nodes: radiological and pathological correlations are uncertain; 3. Cannot be reliably identified as lymph nodes; 4. Lymph node metastatic disease without obvious primary tumor; 5.CT has no contrast-enhanced images; 6. No pathological information; 7. No clear and effective images; 8. No surgery was performed within one month after photography.(YNMT)·
