研究目的：

主要目的：探究术前远程智能心肺康复对老年肺癌患者的心肺功能的疗效研究。 次要目的：探索老年肺癌患者术前最适的心肺康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To explore the effect of preoperative remote intelligent cardiopulmonary rehabilitation on cardiopulmonary function in elderly patients with lung cancer. Secondary objective: To explore the optimal cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program for elderly patients with lung cancer before operation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄>=65周岁； ②经临床评估、影像学检查拟行肺切除术患者，且知晓病情； ③术前未行放化疗者； ④有基本的文字阅读能力，能够上网会使用微信等社交软件； ⑤知情同意，自愿参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age>=65 years old; (2) Patients who are to undergo pneumonectomy after clinical assessment and imaging examination, and know their condition; (3) Those who have not undergone chemoradiotherapy before surgery; (4) Have basic text reading ability, be able to surf the Internet and use social software such as WeChat; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①癌症已转移； ②严重心脏病（NYHA心功能>=Ⅲ），一年内心肌梗死或高血压未控制； ③肺动脉高压； ④有严重的运动障碍、认知障碍等无法配合者； ⑤在过去三个月内参加过运动计划。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the cancer has metastasized; (2) Severe heart disease (NYHA cardiac function >=III.), one-year myocardial infarction or uncontrolled hypertension; (3) pulmonary hypertension; (4) Those who are unable to cooperate with severe motor disorders, cognitive impairments, etc.; (5) Participated in an exercise program within the past three months.

根据纳入标准，将纳入病例随机分为两个组，分别为试验组和对照组，采用随机分组，借助统计分析软件 SPSS软件进行随机化产生随机数字表，给受试者进行随机安排，随机号用密闭的不透光的信封隐藏。

According to the inclusion criteria, the included cases were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the experimental group and the control group. They were randomly divided into two groups. With the help of statistical analysis software SPSS software, a random number table was randomly generated, and the random number was hidden in a sealed opaque envelope.
