研究目的：

1.明确所建立的TTV检测方法作为标准化检测方法的可行性； 2.确定一个全新的预测早孕期妊娠丢失的临床检测指标并阐明其临床应用价值； 3.构建TTV感染在早孕期女性中的遗传进化树。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To clarify the feasibility of the established TTV test as a standardised test; 2.To identify a novel clinical test for predicting pregnancy loss in early pregnancy and to elucidate its value for clinical application; 3.To construct a genetic evolutionary tree of TTV infection in women with early pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.早孕期符合稽留流产、人工流产诊断标准的妇女；
2.年龄介于20-35岁之间；
3.能收集到充足的绒毛及血液样本，且样本来源记录清晰可查；
4.参与研究的所有志愿者都有知情权并需通过本院伦理委员会审批；
5.临床资料需完善: 收样单位、年龄、民族、常住地、婚育史、月经史、样本留取时间、术前妇科彩超结果、稽留流产绒毛CNV检测结果等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women who fulfil the diagnostic criteria for induced abortion and induced miscarriage in early pregnancy; 2. aged between 20-35 years old; 3. sufficient chorionic villus and blood samples could be collected and the source of the samples was clearly documented; 4. all volunteers have the right to information and must be approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital; 5. clinical information should be complete: sampling unit, age, ethnicity, usual residence, marital and childbearing history, menstrual history, sample retention time, preoperative gynaecological ultrasound results, and the results of the aborted chorionic villus CNV test.

排除标准：

1.非孕期或者超过早孕期的妇女；
2.正参与任何临床试验的妇女；
3.临床资料不完整或样本量不足；
4.有自身免疫性疾病者；
5.处于急性生殖道感染期；
6.有心、肝、肾等重要脏器严重疾病；
7.有器官或细胞移植病史，有需长期服药的疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who are not pregnant or beyond early pregnancy; 2. women who are participating in any clinical trial; 3. incomplete clinical information or insufficient sample size; 4. with autoimmune diseases; 5. in the period of acute reproductive tract infection; 6. with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; 7. having a history of organ or cell transplantation and a history of diseases requiring long-term. medication.
