研究目的：

本研究旨在明确音乐疗法及芳香疗法对大学生抑郁症状的改善效果，并探索分子标志物在抑郁干预中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify the effects of music therapy and aromatherapy on depression among college students and explore the role of molecular biomarkers in depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)在校本科生，年龄18-28岁； (2)抑郁患者； (3)身体健康，无吸烟、饮酒等不良爱好； (4)在此之前未经历专业音乐疗法，不排斥音乐和芳香疗法。

Inclusion criteria

(1) college students aged 18-28 years; (2) Individuals with depression; (3) Physically healthy, without habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption; (4) Individuals who have not previously experienced music therapy and do not reject music therapy or aromatherapy.

排除标准：

(1)既往其他精神病史； (2)患有其他严重疾病，如感染、肝功能不全、心脑血管疾病等； (3)正在或已经接受过其他治疗，会影响本试验研究结果的研究对象。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A history of other mental illnesses; (2) Suffering from other serious diseases, such as infections, liver dysfunction, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; (3) Participants who are currently undergoing or have previously received other treatments that may affect the results of this study.
