研究目的：

揭示禁食时间对不同性别的血管状况及穿刺的影响，为针对性别制定不同的禁饮禁食方案提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Uncovering the effect of fasting time on vascular status and puncture in different genders and providing a basis for different gender-specific fasting and abstinence programs

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-80岁。 2. 心功能I-II级。 3. 无血管相关疾病。 4. 无严重肝肾及凝血功能异常。 （严重肝功能异常：Child-Pugh评分B或C级； 严重肾功能异常：eGFR分级为3、4、5级； 严重凝血功能异常：SIC评分≥4分）

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years. 2. cardiac function class I-II. 3. no vascular related diseases. 4. no serious liver, kidney or coagulation abnormalities. (Serious hepatic abnormalities: Child-Pugh score B or C.) Serious renal function abnormality: eGFR grade 3, 4 or 5; Severe coagulation abnormality: SIC score ≥ 4)

排除标准：

1.颈部解剖异常或颈内静脉血栓的患者。 2.神经精神异常难以配合的患者。 3.ASA分级IV或V级的患者。 4.术前存在严重的控制不良的心血管疾病、肝肾疾病、内分泌疾病的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnormal neck anatomy or internal jugular vein thrombosis. 2. Patients with neuropsychiatric abnormalities that make it difficult to cooperate. 3. Patients with ASA classification IV or V. 4. Patients with severe poorly controlled cardiovascular, hepatic or renal diseases, or endocrine diseases before surgery;
