研究目的：

本研究通过全国多中心、大样本回顾性数据，旨在评估基于MRI骨盆测量参数对机器人辅助 TME 手术治疗中低位直肠癌手术难度的影响，以期为临床实践提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk factors affecting the surgical difficulty of robotic-assisted total mesorectal excision for middle and low rectal cancer, and to develop a predictive model of surgical difficulty based on the risk factors and perform model validation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）肿瘤距肛缘10 cm以内；（2）术后病理检查证实为直肠癌；（3）术前具有完整MRI影像学资料；（4）肿瘤浸润深度为 T1~3；（5）MRI评估环周切缘阴性；（6）可达R0切除

Inclusion criteria

(1) The tumor was within 10 cm from the anal verge; (2) Preoperative pathologic examination confirmed adenocarcinoma of the rectum; (3) Complete MRI imaging data were available before surgery; (4) The depth of tumor invasion was T1-3; (5) Circumferential resection margin is assessed as negative via MRI; (6) R0 rection can be achieved with the evaluation of MRI.

排除标准：

（1）骨盆骨折病史；（2）骨盆手术史；（3）因肿瘤导致肠梗阻、肠穿孔等行急诊手术

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of pelvic fracture; (2) history of pelvic surgery; (3) Emergency surgery due to intestinal obstruction and intestinal perforation caused by tumors.
