研究目的：

（1）采用文献回顾及专家小组会议的方式构建院内血糖管理3I模式； （2）构建3I模式下以提高岗位胜任力为基础的胰岛素泵师课程培训体系及考核标准； （3）验证3I模式在院内血糖管理中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish the 3I model of in-hospital blood glucose management by means of literature review and expert group meeting; (2) Establish the 3I model insulin pump training system and assessment standards based on improving post competency; (3) To verify the application effect of 3I model in hospital blood glucose management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经内分泌会诊后，符合胰岛素泵治疗适应症，且同意使用胰岛素泵治疗的非内分泌科住院患者；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Non-endocrinological inpatients who meet the indications for insulin pump therapy after endocrine consultation and agree to be treated with insulin pump therapy; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.意识不清、认知障碍或有循环障碍、精神疾病；
2.妊娠期糖尿病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unconsciousness, cognitive impairment or circulatory disorder, mental illness;
2.gestational diabetes;
