研究目的：

我们研究的主要目的是探索哮喘患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液柱状上皮计数、粘液量等指标的特点，明确其在哮喘诊断中的辅助价值，从而判断BALF是否能成为哮喘的一种辅助检查方式。同时我们还希望探索支气管肺泡灌洗液柱状上皮计数与其他指标之间的相关性，从而了解哮喘发病机制中上皮损伤的上下游机制。 我们的此项研究将会为难以配合进行诱导痰等辅助检查的哮喘患儿提供一种可选的气道炎症检查方法，对这类群体的哮喘明确诊断和治疗评估有所帮助。此外，此研究还能填补当前对BALF柱状上皮比例特征和不同指标之间联系的研究空缺，帮助我们了解柱状上皮和粘液在哮喘发生和发展中所起的作用，为以后更加深入的研究打下基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of our study was to explore the characteristics of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid columnar epithelial count and mucus volume in children with asthma, and to clarify their auxiliary value in asthma diagnosis, so as to determine whether BALF can be used as an auxiliary examination for asthma. At the same time, we also hope to explore the correlation between bronchoalveolar lavage fluid columnar epithelial count and other indicators, so as to understand the upstream and downstream mechanisms of epithelial damage in the pathogenesis of asthma. Our study will provide an alternative airway inflammation test for children with asthma who are difficult to cooperate with auxiliary tests such as sputum induction, which will be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment evaluation of asthma in this group. In addition, this study can fill the gap in the current research on the relationship between the proportion characteristics of columnar epithelium and different indicators of BALF, help us understand the role of columnar epithelium and mucus in the occurrence and progression of asthma, and lay a foundation for further research in the future.

纳入标准：

重庆医科大学附属儿童医院2013年1月1日至2023年11月1日间出院的出院主要诊断为支气管哮喘、迁延性细菌性支气管炎、支气管肺炎的住院患儿，其余纳入标准：①出院主要诊断为该组病例的相应疾病，②住院期间完善支气管镜检查及肺泡灌洗液常规检查，③病原学检查未提示明确感染、影像学未提示肺部明确感染者；

Inclusion criteria

The inpatient children from the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between January 1, 2013 and November 1, 2023 who were diagnosed with bronchial asthma, PBB, and pneumonia, and the rest of the inclusion criteria were: (1) the main diagnosis was the corresponding disease of the group of cases at discharge, (2) bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage fluid routine examination were completed during hospitalization, (3) the pathogenic examination did not show clear infection, and imaging did not show clear lung infection;

排除标准：

①诊断合其他下气道疾病，②支气管肺泡灌洗液标本不合格或临床资料缺失者，③合并严重先天性心脏病、终末期肾病等重大疾病或生命体征不稳定的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diagnosed with other lower airway diseases, (2) Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid specimens are unqualified or clinical data were missing, (3) Children with severe congenital heart disease, end-stage renal disease and other major diseases or unstable vital signs.
