研究目的：

本项目主要以老年股骨颈骨折医患共管模式为基础，参考目前互联网健康管理平台在医患沟通及全程管理中的应用研究，从提高老年股骨颈骨折患者预后水平出发，依托互联网信息管理平台，考虑需求及可行性，构建基于患者报告结局的老年股骨颈骨折患者智能管理平台并应用于临床，以期帮助医护人员为患者提供更为及时、精准的临床决策。同时，防范老年意外事故，控制或减少相关并发症，提高老年股骨颈骨折患者护理质量及生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the doctor-patient co-management model of elderly femoral neck fractures, this project refers to the current research on the application of Internet health management platforms in doctor-patient communication and whole-process management, starting from improving the prognosis of elderly femoral neck fracture patients, relying on the Internet information management platform, considering the needs and feasibility, to construct an intelligent management platform for elderly femoral neck fracture patients based on patient-reported outcomes and apply it to clinical practice, in order to help medical staff provide patients with more timely and accurate clinical decision-making. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent accidents in the elderly, control or reduce related complications, and improve the quality of care and quality of life of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>=60 岁； （2）确诊为股骨颈骨折者； （3）意识清楚，无认知障碍，能正常交流者； （4）病人或其家属会使用智能手机； （5）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age>=60 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed with femoral neck fracture; (3) Those who are conscious, have no cognitive impairment, and can communicate normally; (4) The patient or his/her family members will use smartphones; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重脏器病变者； （2）不止一处肢体骨折者； （3）术区感染或伴有恶性肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe organ lesions; (2) Those with more than one limb fracture; (3) Patients with infection in the surgical area or malignant tumors.
