研究目的：

基于彝区民众健康需求，运用格林模式，构建人工气道管理帮扶新模式，通过倾向、促成、强化因素针对性开展帮扶活动进而提高彝族地区医务人员业务水平，改善彝族民众的健康状况，从而改变因病致贫、因病返贫的状况，实现健康脱贫，助力脱贫攻坚。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the health needs of the Yi people in the Yi region, a new model of artificial airway management and assistance is constructed using the Green model. Targeted assistance activities are carried out through factors such as inclination, facilitation, and reinforcement to improve the professional level of medical personnel in Yi areas, improve the health status of Yi people, and change the situation of poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness, achieving healthy poverty alleviation and helping poverty alleviation.

1.彝族地区； 2.县级综合性医院护士； 3.从事人工气道护理

Inclusion criteria

1. Yi ethnic areas;
2. Nurses in county-level comprehensive hospitals;
3. Engage in artificial airway care;

排除标准：

1.帮扶期间休假护士； 2.怀孕护士； 3.未取得职业资格护士

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses on vacation during the assistance period;
2. Pregnant nurses;
3. Nurses who have not obtained professional qualifications;
