Target disease:

About 80% of stroke patients will have sequelae such as limb dysfunction, and more than 60% of patients will be accompanied by upper limb motor dysfunction, especially hand dysfunction. It is mainly manifested as loss of hand motor function and inability to complete activities of daily living.

验证基于手部动作运动解码的外周神经束电刺激闭环康复训练系统临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study:

To verify the clinical application effect of peripheral nerve bundle electrical stimulation closed-loop rehabilitation training system based on hand movement decoding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)影像学(计算机断层扫描CT或磁共振成像MRI)确诊为出血性或缺血性脑卒中; (2)年龄30-80岁; (3)单侧半球病变,一侧肢体瘫痪; (4)脑卒中后发病1年内; (5)临床量表评估确诊的手臂和手部运动功能障碍,即自主活动受限⑸; (6)双侧手臂皮肤完好,无感觉障碍; (7)无认知障碍(MMSE评分:文盲>17分;小学>20分,初中及以上>24分); (8)患者或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke confirmed by imaging (computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging); 2. age 30-80 years old; 3. unilateral hemisphere disease with unilateral limb paralysis; 4. within 1 year after stroke onset; 5. Clinically diagnosed arm and hand motor dysfunction (autonomic activity limitation); 6. The skin of both arms was intact without sensory disturbance; 7. no cognitive impairment (MMSE score: illiterate > 17; Primary school > 20 points, junior high school and above > 24 points); 8. Informed consent was obtained from patients or their families.

排除标准:

1.被诊断患有任何有临床意义或不稳定的内科疾病; (2)置入有电子装置(心脏起搏器)等; (3)患有脑卒中以外的神经精神共病,如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、强迫症、或人格障碍和重度抑郁症; (4)刺激部位有皮肤损伤、感染、痛觉减退和不耐受; (5)因严重的认知和交流障碍而无法遵从治疗指令; (6)未获得患者或家属的知情同意。

Exclusion criteria:

1. diagnosed with any clinically significant or unstable medical illness; 2. implanted electronic device (pacemaker); 3. neuropsychiatric comorbidities other than stroke, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or personality disorder, and major depressive disorder; 4. Skin injury, infection, hypoalgesia and intolerance at the stimulation site; 5. inability to follow treatment instructions due to severe cognitive and communication impairments; 6. No informed consent was obtained from patients or their families.
